Q: How long is a video?

A: A video is between 40 to 60 seconds long..

 

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: The delivery time of your order is maximum 2 to 3 business days.

（If it is an expedited order, it will be next day delivery.）

 

Q: How do I get the video?

A: Your finished video will be sent to you via email in MP4 format in HD quality.

Please also pay attention to your spam folder.

 

Q: Which payment methods can I use?

A: Currently you can pay with:Paypal, VISA, Master, Google Pay, Amex, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. 

 

Q: Can I change my order details after submission?

A: You can send us an email if you have already completed your order. Be sure to include your order number!
